After the successful first KazGeo event in Kazakhstan, the European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers (EAGE) organized the 2nd International Conference KazGeo 2012. The main theme of the 2012 conference was "Existing Resources, New Horizons". This year the geoscience event took place in the city of Almaty from 29 to 31 October 2012. One of the key speakers was Mark Richards, Vice President of Sales Europe and AMEK, CGGVeritas.
